EVENT TRAVEL

Time from first passenger pick up to last passenger drop off

$25.00/hour

PRE- AND POST-EVENT TRAVEL

Time from garage departure to first passenger pick up, and from last passenger drop off to garage

$500.00

DEPOSIT

An advance deposit is required to complete your reservation. This is refundable after inspection of the Mobile Lounge following your event, minus a $25 nominal cleaning fee.

  • Customers are charged onboard before the last passenger is dropped off (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Prices do not include a tip for your driver

​

  • Prices do not include mileage ($1.00 per mile)

​

  • Prices do not include Ohio sales tax

​

  • Prices include only safe, comfortable, and professional transportation. Havana & Rye can provide cigars, beverages, food, event tickets, 'meet & greets', etc. at additional cost.
